The results are generally temporary at best, irregular and asymmetrical at worst. Implants are often very uncomfortable to sit on if placed in the buttocks. Elsewhere, subcutaneous implants (other than under the breasts and on exotic transsexuals the face) look like implants under the skin - obvious in appearance and nonfunctional in their movement.
